A filter allows you to directly sort an email into the folder of your choice as soon as it's received, based on criteria you've chosen (e.g., sender, specific subject, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. <\/a>Create a folder in your inbox: right-click \u00abNew folder\u00bb on your email address in the top left<\/li>
  2. Enter the name you wish, for example IAM_PERSONEL; validate<\/li>
  3. Go to \u00abTools\u00bb then \u00abMessage Filter\u00bb<\/li>
