Make and transfer a call with your Yealink phone

In this example, we'll show you how to perform a blind or supervised transfer on a Yealink T42S or T46S.

Note: a blind transfer is a transfer to another extension without pre-establishing a call between the first recipient and the final recipient. The call is blindly transferred to the final recipient.
In comparison, a supervised transfer is one where, before being transferred to the final recipient, the call is put on hold and a second call is established to confirm whether the final recipient wishes to take the call or not. These two calls are then merged.
