💻 Teleworking - Accessing remote services
Whether you're teleworking or off-campus, you can still access all IT services (VPN, Cloud, telephony, Zimbra...). Here's how:
1. Connect to VPN
- Download/install FortiClient VPN (version 6.2).
- Set up a connection to :
- vpn1.iamm.fr (standard connection)
- vpn2.iamm.fr (backup connection)
- Enter your login details and log in.
2. Install network drives
- Map your network shares (I COMMON, etc.) from Windows.
- ⚠️ Your session name must match your IAMM login!
3. Set up telephony (3CX)
- Option 1: use the web client at ipbx.iamm.fr/webclient.
- Option 2: install the 3CX application on your mobile (Android/iOS) via the manufacturer's guide.
4. Using the Nextcloud Cloud
Synchronize your files locally with the Nextcloud client. Retrieve all your documents via the cloud portal or client.
5. Remote assistance
The IT department can intervene on your computer remotely via a remote control tool (on request).
📁 Shared drives
All network resources (shares, documents) are accessible via the "I COMMON" folder.
